Jeff Williams graduated from Purdue University with a Civil Engineering degree in 1996. Shortly after graduation he started working as an engineer at Caterpillars Large Engine Center in Lafayette, Indiana where he worked until 2002 before coming to Eli Lilly and Company. Jeff spent his first four years with Lilly in Engineering before moving into Corporate Risk Management at Lilly in 2006 where he continues to work today.
Currently Jeffs primary responsibilities are to manage the risk management and loss prevention activities of Lillys Global Property and Cargo Programs. Over the past eight years Jeff has lead the development of a robust program that identifies and values various nodes throughout the supply chain. The program has enabled Lilly to focus loss prevention efforts on critical areas, drive global risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper insurance limits are in place for BI and CBI exposures.
